Shipping policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated online. Shipping prices shown include VAT.

We promise to ship all orders within five business days of processing. During holiday and sales periods, delivery time may extend from 5 to 12 days due to the high volume of orders.
